Cancellation conditions

Every now and then it happens that the vacation cannot be taken or is delayed. In this case we ask you to inform us immediately!
We do not charge a cancellation more than 8 weeks before the start of your vacation After that we try to rent the apartment. If we do not manage to do this by the time you start your vacation, we will charge cancellation fees.
4-7 weeks before departure: 40%
up to 4 weeks before the start of the holiday: 60%
up to 7 days before departure: 80% of the booked stay
If you cancel within the last week before the start of your vacation, we charge 90% and if you cancel on the day of arrival 100% of the booked stay.
Cancellations are only valid in writing. Here you can take out cancellation insurance with Europäische Reiseversicherung .
Arrival and departure:
The apartment is available from 3 p.m. on the day of arrival. On the day of departure, we ask you to vacate it by 10 a.m.
The provisions of the Austrian Hotel Regulations apply . We reserve the right to make a deposit.
